Here is the tutorial on how to flash or update your galaxy nexus I9250M using Odin 3. and make sure that your battery should be charge at least 20% before continue. 

1. Put your phone into download mode (Odin Mode) by pressing Power button and Volume Down.
2. Plug your phone into PC using USB cable.
3. Now open Odin and you see a com port detected.
   
   
4. Now browse a firmware for your device,
   For Bootloader, Select BOOTLOADER....md5
   For PDA, Select MODEM....md5
   For CSC, Select CODE....md5
5. Then Click on Start button to start flashing.
6. Wait Until you see RESET! or PASS! before unplugging the USB cable.

You can now start up your Samsung Galaxy Nexus I9250M and sett your desired settings.
