How To Flash:

Extract or unzip into c:Program Files (x86)SUGAR QCT_SPTOOL
Install driver from c:Program Files (x86)SUGAR QCT_SPusb_driverinstalldriverDriverInstaller.exe run as admin
Restart into recovery mode (vol up + power button) and then select power down for complete kill of device + plug in USB cable
Run sugar c:Program Files (x86)SUGAR QCT_SPtoolSUGAR QCT_SP.exe as admin
Click OK in login form then again OK it will show sugar main screen
Select VF-895N or Alcatel OT POP 2 5
Click upgrade (and select yes if root is detected)

Flash is about 6-8min first boot after flash is about 10-15min.
