How to customize logo of MTK based Android devices

Pre-requisites:
1. PC with wndows OS(XP or Windows 7 preferable)
2.Phones Drivers Installed on PC(For Coolpad Note 3 Drivers Click here)
3.Logo Builder
4.Sp Flash tool

Unpack logo.bin

1.Download stock ROM of your phone and extract logo.bin and mtk scatter file.
2.Download and extract logo builder on desktop of your PC and copy the "logo.bin" file into that folder

3. Create a folder on your PC (Ex: CustomLogo)

4. Open logo builder folder and double click on LogoBuilder.exe and select "close" for pop up screen.

5.Click on “Create new project and select log.bin

6. Select the folder for extraction of images of  "logo.bin".

7.Drag right side panel up/down till you can see correct image as shown in the video.

8.Minimize Logo builder(Don’t close,Minimise only)

Customize your logo images
1. Edit the images but don’t change names and dimensions of any images.

2.For example I have modified img1.png, img3.png and img30.png

Repack logo.bin

1.Maximize Logo builder

2.Click on “Make” .Close Logo builder.

Flash the new logo partition
1.Copy newly build logo.bin from CustomLogo folder to spflashtool folder

2.Copy “scatter file” to spflastool directory.

2. Start SPFlashTool (As an Administrator).

3. Click on "scatter-loading" and select the scatter file.

4. Select the modified "logo.bin"

5. Unselect all except "LOGO" partition

6. Click on "Download" button

7. Shutdown your device,connect to PC and wait for few seconds.

8. SpflashTool will display “OK”

9. Disconnect your device from computer

10. Enjoy, you have successfully flashed new logo to your device
