Htc One Mini is powered with Android 4.2.2 and runs on Htc Sense 5 like Htc One. It consists of Dual Core Snapdragon 400 processor that is clocked at 1.4 GHz with 1GB of Ram and Adreno 305 Gpu for gaming. Htc One Mini hardware specifications are not as impressive as S4 Mini and it can become underdog in mobile market, especially against S4 Mini.
